As Enprotek Engineering, we have successfully completed the complete project design of Flue Gas Treatment DeSOx-Desulfurization Unit for Eti Bakır Corp. Samsun Plant. In this project, the scope of piping project, tank design, collector design, stress analysis, project management, production and installation, commissioning, which were realized using acid-resistant polyester material, are of great importance.

Project Details

• Piping Project: We designed and detailed the piping system required for the treatment unit. The pipes made of polyester material were specially designed for the safe transportation of acidic gases.
• Tank Design: We undertook the design of the tanks needed within the scope of the project. The tanks made of polyester material were specially selected and designed to provide chemical resistance and long-lasting use.
• Collector Design: We designed and integrated the collectors that collect the gases in the system. The collectors are made of polyester material and optimized to keep the emission of acid gases under control.
• Stress Analysis: We performed detailed stress analyses for all piping and tank structures, which are critical to ensure the durability and safety of the structures.
• Project Management: We successfully managed all the processes of the project. We took the necessary steps to understand the requirements correctly, ensure on-time delivery and manage the budget effectively.
• Production and Assembly: We manufactured and assembled the equipment required within the scope of the project. The parts, which were specially produced according to polyester material, were manufactured according to high quality standards.
