As Enprotek Engineering, we have successfully completed reinforced concrete, steel, piping, tank and silo design, electrical and instrumentation projects in the Homogenization Unit for ETI Maden Bigadic Boron Plant in Turkiye. These projects have been an important step to increase efficiency and minimize environmental impacts in boron mineral processing processes.

Project Details

• Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures: We carried out the design and detailed engineering calculations of the reinforced concrete structures for the homogenization unit. These structures were specially designed to be safe and durable for boron processing.
• Steel Structures Design: Within the scope of the project, we designed the steel structures and created detailed technical drawings. The steel structures were optimized to ensure the safety and operational continuity of the plant.
• Piping Design: We designed and engineered the piping systems used in the homogenization process. These systems are optimized for efficient use in the processing of boron minerals.
• Tank and Silo Design: We undertook the design of the tanks and silos required for the project. These structures provide a safe and efficient solution for product storage and management.
• Electrical Projects: We created all the electrical projects required for the electrical infrastructure of the facility. These projects are designed to meet the energy needs of the facility and provide a safe electrical environment.
• Instrumentation Projects: We designed and integrated the instrumentation systems used in the homogenization unit. These systems are critical for process control and monitoring.
