Koza Gold Himmetdede Plant Capacity Increase Project
As Enprotek Engineering, we contributed to the successful completion of the capacity expansion project of Koza Altın Himmetdede Plant by providing various engineering services. In this project, we provided a wide range of services in mechanical, civil and piping scopes.
Mechanical Scope
- Conveyor Lines: We designed and optimized new conveyor lines to increase the material handling capacity in the plant. These lines provide an efficient and uninterrupted material flow, allowing for increased production capacity.
- Tripper Design: We have undertaken the design of the tripers, which play a critical role in the material distribution system. High-performance and durable triper systems ensure fast and safe transportation of materials to the desired points.
- Tripper Maintenance Vehicle Design: We designed special maintenance vehicles to ensure regular and easy maintenance of the tripper systems. These vehicles accelerate maintenance processes and increase operational efficiency.
Scope of Construction
- Steel Structure Design: We designed the steel structures for the newly added sections of the plant. Robust, reliable and long-lasting steel structures were designed both aesthetically and functionally in accordance with the needs of the plant.
Piping Scope
- Solution Collection Lines Design: We designed solution collection lines in accordance with process requirements. In this context, we developed solutions to ensure efficient and safe operation of piping systems.
